INSEAD is hiring an Associate Director for HR Information Systems and Data Analytics to strengthen its HR department. This is a permanent, full-time role that can be based on any of INSEAD’s campuses: Europe Campus in Fontainebleau, France; Middle East Campus in Abu Dhabi; or Asia Campus in Singapore. The role follows a hybrid arrangement with 3 days on campus and 2 days working from home.

What You Will Do

In this position, you will report to the Executive Director, HR Total Rewards and HR Shared Services, and lead the evolution, improvement, and digital transformation of the HRIS environment, with Oracle HCM at its center. The role sits at the intersection of Human Resources, data, and technology, and involves close partnership with Oracle Product Owners in Finance and Procurement, as well as the IT team. Your work will help advance HR digital strategy, strengthen analytics capabilities, and improve the quality of business decisions supported by HR data.

• Support the HR digital roadmap and put into action initiatives related to HR systems and data analytics.
• Oversee the ongoing enhancement and optimization of the Oracle HCM platform.
• Build and streamline automated reporting and dashboard solutions for HR.
• Develop a robust analytics framework that supports HR and wider business decisions.
• Maintain strong standards for data quality, governance, and consistency across HR platforms.
• Coordinate data and system interfaces between Oracle HCM and payroll systems in multiple countries.
• Work in close partnership with HR teams, IT colleagues, and Oracle Product Owners from other functions.
• Manage and grow a team made up of a System Analyst and an external integration partner.
• Serve as the primary contact for HRIS matters and ensure priorities are handled effectively.
• Spot and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve HR processes.

Candidate Profile

The role calls for a professional with deep HRIS expertise, strong technical capability, and the ability to operate effectively in an international setting. You should be comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery, while also working across functions and influencing change.

• Solid practical experience working with Oracle HCM.
• Advanced ability to write SQL queries and extract data.
• Exposure to VBScript or comparable scripting and automation tools.
• Strong command of Power BI or similar tools for reporting and data visualization.
• Background in managing HR information systems in a multinational environment.
• Experience handling system integrations and payroll connections.
• Good understanding of data management, reporting structures, and analytics models.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate across functions.
• Capability to influence teams and lead change across HR and business groups.
• Service-minded approach with a focus on understanding internal client needs.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-changing digital environment.

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time permanent position. The working model is hybrid, with 3 days required on campus and 2 days from home. The job may be performed from INSEAD’s campuses in France, Abu Dhabi, or Singapore.
