What the role involves
The position supports the commercial management of projects from early-stage pre-construction activities through to agreement of the final account. You will work alongside project teams to help deliver strong financial outcomes while keeping quality and client service standards high.
Commercial responsibilities
- Oversee the full commercial administration of assigned projects.
- Build and maintain budgets and cost reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage procurement activity and subcontractor relationships.
- Handle valuations, variations and final account preparation.

A solid understanding of commercial and contractual matters is important, along with strong communication, negotiation and teamwork skills. Experience on large-scale construction or civils projects would be an advantage.
