Agriculture Field Data Collection Internship - Remote

About the Internship

This internship involves collecting agricultural crop images by strictly following FarmScout’s capture methodology. Interns will photograph only the designated crop using a three-shot sequence with proper framing and accurate metadata, then promptly upload images via the FarmScout app while maintaining a basic collection log. Adherence to data collection and consent protocols is mandatory. Interns will flag any unclear, diseased, or anomalous crop samples to supervisors and may perform additional tasks as assigned aligned with FarmScout’s operational needs.

Candidate Eligibility & Other Requirements

• Applicants must be available to work remotely and able to start between July 20, 2026 and August 24, 2026.
• Availability for the full 2-month duration is required.
• Relevant skillsets and interests in agriculture-related data collection are necessary.
• Women who wish to begin or restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred candidates are pursuing B.Sc. or M.Sc. degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related disciplines.
• Candidates should reside near agricultural areas to access farming fields and crops.
• Comfort with outdoor work and ability to communicate in the local language is essential.
