Sabre is looking for an experienced administrative professional to support its leadership team. The selected person will work with the VP, SRE and handle a broad mix of analytical, confidential, and specialized support tasks. The role calls for someone who can manage complex administrative work, coordinate across teams and outside stakeholders, and produce accurate reports, recommendations, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end administrative assistance, including calendar coordination, domestic and international travel planning, expense and invoice handling, communication support, legal document processing, operational support, and logistics for internal and external meetings and events.
  • Maintain a high standard of discretion when working with executives and team members.
  • Organize short- and long-term priorities so deadlines are consistently met, using strong planning, initiative, and follow-through.
  • Create, update, and refine presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and written communication materials; review and polish presentation content as needed.
  • Handle routine, advanced, and confidential secretarial work that requires solid knowledge of internal policies and business practices.
  • Support administrative processes such as report preparation and purchase-related tasks.
  • Take on additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in administrative support.
  • Strong command of English.
  • Comfortable using computers and common workplace software.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication with polished professional etiquette.

  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
