Key Responsibilities
- Manage and keep track of active calendars.
- Arrange meetings and make sure they are confirmed in advance.
- Maintain an organized filing system in line with office procedures.
- Step in with general office support as required.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or similar practical experience is needed.
- Excellent people skills, including customer-facing communication and relationship handling.
- Comfort with juggling multiple tasks at the same time.
- Good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
