Role overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Administrative Assistant to keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. The role calls for someone with a technical mindset, strong organization, and the ability to help coordinate social media content. It is a good fit for a recent graduate who wants to grow in a fast-paced professional setting.
Key responsibilities
- Handle routine office administration and clerical work to support efficient operations.
- Take care of correspondence, document filing, and general office records.
- Arrange meetings and appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
- Maintain company databases and records accurately.
- Assist HR and other teams with day-to-day administrative support.
- Produce clear photos and short videos for marketing, social media, events, and promotional use.
- Work with the Marketing team and external print vendors to help ensure marketing materials and event-related items are produced and delivered successfully.
- Support basic technical and IT-related administrative activities.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a closely related discipline. This position is open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience. A solid technical background, familiarity with digital tools, fluency in Arabic and English, and good command of Microsoft Office are important. Experience or comfort with social media platforms and content coordination is also expected.
Additional requirements
Strong organizational ability, clear communication, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage several tasks at once are important. The role requires someone who can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
