Role overview
Connect2Care is seeking an Administration Officer to join its client relations team at the Brisbane office in Yeerongpilly. This is an on-site, full-time position focused on supporting key stakeholders, handling client enquiries, and assisting with intake processes.
The role works closely with therapy staff to support smooth service delivery and manage day-to-day administrative tasks. It combines practice administration with client relationship support for stakeholders involved in the NDIS. The organisation will provide training to the right candidate so they can build an understanding of the NDIS and use that knowledge to support therapists and clients effectively.
Requirements
- Prior administration experience is preferred.
- A Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Blue Card is needed.
- An NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
- You must have proof of COVID-19 vaccination, or a valid exemption.
- A Police Check is required, along with an International Police Check if you have previously lived overseas.
- You should have strong IT skills and practical experience using Microsoft Office 365.
