Accounts Payable Associate - Walk-in

This is a walk-in opportunity for an Accounts Payable position in Jodhpur with an on-site work setup. The role is intended for professionals with a background in accounting who can handle invoice review, payment processing, and related AP activities in a fast-paced environment.

Walk-in drive details

• Interview time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Venue: Genpact Office, 5th Floor, India Bulls Mega Mall, Pali Road, Jhalamand, Jodhpur
• Job location: Jodhpur, with work from office required
• Work shift: 24x7 rotational shifts

Eligibility

Candidates should hold a B.Com, BBA, or MBA degree. Applicants with an LLB or diploma are not eligible. The role is suitable for professionals with 2 to 7 years of work experience, preferably in the accounting domain.

Responsibilities

• Examine invoices, resolve invoice-related issues, and release approved invoices for payment.
• Apply core accounts payable concepts such as 3-way match, non-PO processing, and GRN verification.
• Handle non-PO and utilities invoice processing.
• Carry out invoice auditing and payment processing activities.
• Work within SAP, Navision, or similar ERP platforms for transaction processing.
