Project and Operations Management Internship (Work from Home)

About the internship

This work-from-home internship is with a SaaS product company building an ERP platform for schools and colleges, along with connected mobile apps for students, parents, and faculty. The role focuses on project coordination and operational support across planning, execution, tracking, and communication.

What you'll do

• Prepare and keep up to date detailed project plans covering scope, task breakdowns, milestones, and weekly/monthly timelines.
• Work closely with the team to drive execution, assign clear ownership, and maintain smooth day-to-day coordination.
• Monitor progress against milestones, identify blockers, and help ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Spot risks, issues, and changes early, then communicate delays with the reason, business impact, and suggested recovery plan.
• Send regular progress updates to leadership and other stakeholders, while maintaining well-organized project records, including plans, updates, and decisions.

Working hours

The selected candidate must be available from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Who can apply

Applicants must be available for a remote internship, able to begin between 23rd Jun'26 and 28th Jul'26, and committed to the full 3-month duration. Candidates with relevant skills and interest are preferred. Freshers seeking opportunities may also apply.

Stipend

The monthly stipend ranges from INR 5,000 to INR 20,000.

Additional information

On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the expected annual salary is between INR 240,000 and INR 500,000.
