Warehouse Supervisor

Role overview

JOST is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (H/F/X) for its Trilogiport site in Oupeye. In this role, you act as the operational lead for your shift, keeping warehouse activities running smoothly, safely, and to the expected quality standards.

You are the day-to-day reference point on the floor, ensuring the team is coordinated and that work continues without interruption during your shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, support, and encourage operational teams directly on the floor.
• Assign work efficiently and make sure the necessary resources are available.
• Handle priorities and resolve operational issues as they arise.
• Organize shift schedules and adjust staffing according to workload and operational needs.
• Ensure clear handovers between shifts so information flows properly.
• Monitor deadlines and help maintain productivity targets.
• Track site performance indicators and review key KPIs.
• Spot performance gaps and suggest corrective measures.
• Report performance results and incidents to management.
• Ensure internal procedures and safety rules are followed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Train and raise awareness among teams on correct working practices.

Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a logistics environment or in a similar position. You should be comfortable leading teams, making decisions under pressure, and handling busy operational periods.

Strong knowledge of French and English is required. The role also calls for a solid grasp of logistics operations, a strong sense of accountability, and the ability to stay effective during stress, unexpected situations, and peak activity.
