Visual Designer

Role Overview

This contract opportunity is for a Visual Designer to work remotely on presentation and document redesign projects. The work centers on taking existing materials and giving them a more polished, visually compelling, and professionally compliant appearance while preserving the original message and information.

The engagement is expected to require between 10 and 40 hours per week, with compensation set at $20 to $40 per hour.

What You’ll Do

• Revise supplied documents so they become visually differentiated, compliant, and presentation-ready.
• Refresh pitch decks and slide presentations with a clean, modern look without changing the underlying content.
• Apply strong PowerPoint and design software skills to improve the visual quality of slides and documents.
• Use advanced graphic design methods to adjust layouts, update color palettes, and align work with branding standards where required.
• Coordinate with the client’s team to clarify needs and deliver work that is accurate and on schedule.
• Maintain a consistently high visual standard across all outputs, suitable for corporate use.

Requirements

• Advanced working knowledge of PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience redesigning pitch decks, presentations, or corporate documents for established companies.
• Strong eye for layout, consistency, and fine visual details across multiple deliverables.
• Ability to make meaningful design improvements without changing the meaning or substance of the content.
• Comfort handling several projects and deadlines in a fast-moving remote setting.
