Supervisor - CDL

Role overview

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, Singapore. The role focuses on quality control and day-to-day operational support, with an emphasis on verifying shipped and received materials, identifying discrepancies, and helping keep production flow smooth.

Key duties

• Check parts visually before shipment to customers, confirming the correct item, part number, quantity, and absence of damage.
• Review specification sheets to validate material and product details.
• Prepare discrepancy reports when issues are found.
• Carry out tape-and-reel related tasks.
• Work with procurement specialists and account representatives to fix any problems with materials received or sent out.
• Assist operations teams with routine daily work.

Competencies

• Strong organizational ability.
• Comfort working quickly in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.
• Familiarity with precision measuring devices is an advantage.

Experience

• At least 4 years of quality control experience.
• Background in the electronics industry is a plus.

Education

• High school diploma.

Software requirements

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong web and internet research skills.

Physical demands

• Ability to lift more than 50 lbs.
