Role Summary

This full-time Student Counselor position is based in Kozhikode, Kerala, with remote working allowed. The role centers on guiding students through academic and career decisions, helping them choose suitable courses, and delivering responsive support throughout their journey. It also requires maintaining strong communication with students, providing service-oriented assistance, and working with internal teams to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.

Key Focus Areas

• Offer one-on-one guidance to students on academic planning and career direction.
• Support admission closing efforts through counseling and follow-up communication.
• Assist learners in selecting the right courses based on their goals and needs.
• Keep consistent and clear communication with students.
• Deliver dependable customer service while addressing student queries and concerns.
• Coordinate with other departments to improve the overall student experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in student counseling and admission closure.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with a customer-focused approach.
• Educational background that helps in understanding academic pathways and student choices.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setup with strong attention to detail.
• A bachelor’s degree, or a qualification in a related discipline, is preferred.
• Prior exposure to online learning platforms or academic institutions is an advantage.
