Sign Technician

Role Overview

Murray County Government is seeking a Sign Technician for the Murray County Public Works Department in Murray County, Georgia. This position is responsible for managing the county’s sign program and ensuring that all signs are installed, maintained, repaired, removed, and replaced as needed while meeting MUTCD standards.

Key Duties

The role includes working on road signs across the county, fabricating a range of sign types such as road name, regulatory, warning, construction, and other required signs, and maintaining the county’s sign inventory. The selected candidate must also be comfortable using software to design and produce signs in-house.

Qualifications

Compensation
