Role Overview
As a Senior Associate in the SEA Content Creation team, you will partner with internal stakeholders across the firm to shape, build, and coordinate thought leadership initiatives for external audiences in Southeast Asia, aligned to Deloitte’s Client Agenda. The role covers the full content development cycle, from planning through delivery.
What You Will Do
- Work with program managers to define, plan, and deliver thought leadership campaigns that support key strategic priorities and targets.
- Write and refine long-form content that presents a clear and distinctive point of view, while simplifying technical ideas, proprietary methods, and case studies for external business readers.
- Handle the research process for campaigns, including survey and interview design, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative findings.
- Create and adapt short-form supporting content such as infographics, media pieces, and digital snippets to improve reach and reader engagement.
- Coordinate with channel owners to align on campaign goals, intended audience, and launch schedules, and work with designers to publish content in suitable formats.
- Support local teams with editorial guidance on language, writing quality, storytelling strength, and best practices.
Requirements
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience in publishing or editorial management.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a closely related field.
- Strong knowledge of business, finance, and technology topics.
- Excellent writing, editing, storytelling, and research abilities.
- Comfort with producing long-form content over extended periods.
- Ability to think from the audience’s perspective and tailor content to their needs and interests.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
- Experience in a media/publishing environment or a corporate thought leadership function is preferred.
