Role overview

The organization is hiring a Scrum Master for its Toronto, Ontario location. The role is focused on guiding Agile delivery, enabling efficient execution, and helping teams use Generative AI tools and other available resources to improve productivity and delivery outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, tracking, execution, and closure activities.
• Lead and assist the team through Agile rituals such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives.
• Identify blockers and work to remove team impediments promptly.
• Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies effectively.
• Oversee project financials and budgets while maintaining delivery within approved parameters.
• Work with Agile teams of at least 10 members.
• Assist in converting epics into user stories.
• Ensure the team consistently follows Scrum values and Agile practices.
• Coach, guide, and motivate the team to improve ways of working.
• Support team decision-making and provide regular constructive feedback.

Compensation and benefits

The base pay range for this position in the posted location is 78,000 to 102,000. The final offer may vary depending on factors such as location, education, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, market conditions, and internal pay equity. In addition to base salary, the role may qualify for variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, subject to applicable laws and plan terms.
