Scrum Master

Timebox Pro is looking for a Scrum Master to guide agile teams and help them perform at a high level. In this position, you will support delivery, encourage teamwork, and help build a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Run key Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives to keep the team’s workflow on track.
• Guide team members on Scrum values and practices so they can work more effectively together.
• Clear obstacles that slow down progress and help ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with Product Owners to organize, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.
• Track team performance and share helpful feedback to strengthen how the team works together.
• Encourage an agile mindset and ongoing process improvement across the organization.
• Mentor team members and help them grow through support and coaching.
• Share team updates, progress, and performance metrics with stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a comparable role in an agile setting.
• Good knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum.
• Scrum certification such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills to support collaboration.
• Ability to lead discussions and help groups reach decisions.
• Hands-on experience with agile tools like JIRA or Rally.
• Strong troubleshooting ability and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
• Genuine interest in agile methods and commitment to creating business value.

Location

This position is based in Parsippany, New Jersey and is onsite.
