About the Role
A growing software sales organization is seeking a Sales Development Representative to support its sales pipeline efforts. This position offers structured training, exposure to experienced leaders, and the chance to build a long-term career in software sales.
What You’ll Do
- Connect with inbound prospects, assess fit, and help build opportunities for Account Executives.
- Explain the company’s solution set in a clear way and show prospects how it can address their needs.
- Shift conversations from product features to business impact by understanding challenges across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting teams.
- Work closely with Account Executives to uncover and develop new sales opportunities.
- Build credibility and trust with both internal teams and external prospects.

Work Details
This role is based in IT Park, Chandigarh. The working schedule is five days a week, from Monday to Friday. Cab service is available.
