Role Overview

Anduril is hiring a PLM Developer for the IT Systems team in Dublin. The position centers on maintaining, enhancing, and supporting PLM custom solutions and connected applications. The role also involves user support, troubleshooting, data migration, and backend configuration work across the PLM landscape so that systems continue to match changing business and engineering needs. You will partner with teams across engineering, IT, and operations to keep PLM workflows reliable, protect data quality, and improve automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep PLM backend settings and customizations running smoothly, with primary work in PTC Windchill and Teamcenter.
• Support and maintain connections between PLM tools and other enterprise systems such as ERP, CAD, XPLM, and similar platforms.
• Diagnose issues and deliver technical help to end users.
• Assist with moving legacy product data and configurations from older systems into newer environments.
• Work with internal stakeholders and outside vendors to strengthen PLM functionality.
• Develop and preserve detailed documentation for code, applications, and custom work so future support and deployment are straightforward.
• Provide continued support for released solutions, including handling user issues and applying updates when needed.
• Take part in system upgrade activities, testing, and validation.
• Review quantitative and qualitative information to find root causes, estimate business impact, and identify the scale of issues.
• Contribute to PLM system migration efforts.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong development capability in Java/J2EE technologies, including JavaScript, GWT, jQuery, XML, JSPs, SQL, and Teamcenter-related tools.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill or comparable platforms, including both development and administration.
• Working knowledge of Linux environments.
• Experience with build and release processes.
• Practical exposure to PLM customization frameworks, APIs, and data models.
• Solid understanding of product data management and change control workflows.
• Familiarity with PLM integrations involving CAD/ERP systems such as SAP B1 and related SAP BPA tools.
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders through collaboration and influence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise integration middleware such as PTC ThingWorx or custom API solutions.
• Background in Agile delivery and DevOps practices.
• Experience supporting system migration or PLM transitions.
