This role is central to keeping the business running well by providing strong behind-the-scenes support and ensuring the right information, people and priorities are in place at the right time.
Role overview
The business is seeking an organised and dependable Personal Assistant to support three UK-based Directors: the Go-To-Market Director, the Marketing & Innovation Director, and the People & Culture Director. The position is designed to bring order to demanding schedules, protect priorities, and make sure important tasks progress without being overlooked.
You will collaborate across teams, build trusted relationships throughout the organisation, and help senior leaders stay focused on their most important work.
Key responsibilities
- Manage three busy, fast-changing calendars with accuracy and efficiency.
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas and track follow-up actions so tasks are completed.
- Coordinate travel, logistics and schedules across multiple locations and time zones.
- Keep projects, priorities and key deliverables moving in the right direction.
- Assist with team events, guest visits and occasional urgent or unexpected requests.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes and ways of working.
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the company and external contacts.
- Act as a reliable point of contact who helps things get done.
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in a busy, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent ability to manage calendars and complex schedules.
- Comfort handling shifting priorities and multiple tasks at once.
- Strong judgement, discretion and close attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills and experience working with stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate and solve problems early.
