About the Role
The company is hiring an Operations Recruiter to join its worldwide Talent function. This is a hands-on, high-impact role that goes beyond standard recruiting: you will lead hiring from start to finish for important operational teams that keep the business running smoothly. The focus will be on roles across People, Finance, Legal, IT, and other core functions. You will work closely with business leaders to shape hiring plans, raise the bar on talent, and deliver a strong candidate journey from first contact through offer and onboarding. The position is best suited to someone who enjoys ownership, fast-paced teamwork, and building recruiting processes that can support rapid growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially for operations, corporate, or cross-functional roles; 3+ years is preferred, though measurable impact matters more than years alone.
- Background managing complex hiring efforts across multiple regions and a high volume of roles.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to guide and influence hiring decisions.
- Clear, persuasive communication skills with the ability to present opportunities well and manage candidate expectations professionally.
- A strategic approach to sourcing and recruiting, with the ability to improve processes over time.
- Comfort working in a remote, fast-moving environment across different time zones.
- Ability to juggle several priorities at once while protecting quality and candidate experience.
- Experience using recruiting metrics and data to improve outcomes is a plus.
- Prior hiring experience in startups or global companies is also a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle for operational positions, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offer discussion, and onboarding support.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role needs, anticipate hiring demand, and build effective recruitment plans.
- Create and run sourcing strategies using direct outreach, referrals, creative channels, and targeted talent pipelines.
- Deliver a smooth candidate experience through consistent communication, strong employer branding, and thoughtful hiring steps.
- Develop trusted partnerships with hiring leaders and support decisions using data and strategic guidance.
- Run several important searches at the same time while balancing speed, quality, and candidate care.
- Improve recruiting systems and workflows by testing new ideas and refining existing playbooks for better efficiency and results.
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company and help create a strong first impression with candidates.
