Role Overview
The Operations Executive will support the day-to-day functioning of the business by coordinating with chauffeurs, partners, supply teams, and account managers to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for chauffeurs and business partners during daily operations.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with important partners.
- Use strong local knowledge of Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi to support service delivery.
- Coordinate closely with the supply team and account managers to ensure efficient operations.
- Track chauffeur attendance, performance, and relationship management.
- Ensure client-specific profile and service preferences are followed accurately.
- Collaborate with supporting teams to prepare and generate operational reports.
- Maintain accurate subscription records in line with customer demand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in operations within the transportation sector.
- Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, and people skills.
- Self-driven mindset with a strong customer service focus.
- Ability to work toward targets in a fast-moving, changing environment.
- Prior exposure to online marketplace operations is preferred.
- Interest in the transportation industry is considered an advantage.
