Role overview

Uniphar is driving a large, multi-year transformation effort and is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CE Developer to help deliver across several change initiatives. This permanent position focuses on strengthening existing systems while also creating new Dynamics 365 Customer Service capabilities as the organisation continues to scale and modernise.

The role is based in Citywest Office with a hybrid working pattern, or can be performed remotely from the UK.

Core technical duties

  • Configure Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, particularly in Customer Service settings.
  • Work confidently in a managed Dynamics 365 environment.
  • Design, develop, and support Power Automate flows that simplify and automate operational work.
  • Release solutions through CI/CD pipelines; manual deployment to test and production environments is not permitted.
  • Maintain Git-based source control and follow strong version-control and collaboration practices.
  • Assist the CRM Architect with documentation, configuration governance, and integration-related work.

CRM and platform development

  • Set up CRM elements such as tables, views, forms, business process flows, security roles, and workflows.
  • Build plugins and JavaScript libraries where required.
  • Help develop and support Canvas Apps when the solution needs them.
  • Keep skills current with platform updates, new features, and solution enhancements.

Delivery and project working style

  • Work to the goals and standards set by the active project or programme.
  • Operate within an Agile sprint-based delivery model.
  • Prioritise assigned tasks and provide progress and status updates to relevant project streams.

Experience and technical expectations

  • Bring at least 5 years of Dynamics 365 development experience, ideally within Customer Engagement/CRM.
  • Have strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Service and the Power Platform.
  • Be able to design practical, reusable components and solutions.
  • Have hands-on experience with plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, Logic Apps, and Canvas Apps.
  • Understand Azure-based integration design.
  • Be familiar with ALM tools such as Git for Enterprise and Azure DevOps.
  • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting ability in cloud and solution-architecture environments.
  • Work well with cross-functional teams.
  • Show the ability to assess complex technical problems and apply industry best-practice solutions.
  • Experience building web apps in Azure or integrating with SAP would be an advantage.
  • Comfort working with SaaS products and integrations is expected.
