Lead Content Creator

About the Role

Crunchy Sip is seeking a forward-thinking Lead Content Creator to shape the brand’s voice and produce content that informs, energizes, and connects with the audience. This position blends storytelling, digital media, and creative experimentation, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys testing new ideas and building brand communications from the ground up.

You will manage the full content process, starting with ideation and ending with publishing and performance review, while helping establish the content foundation for a brand aiming to stand out in its category.

Key Responsibilities

• Own content strategy and production across Crunchy Sip’s digital channels, including social media, blog, website, and email.
• Create, improve, and fine-tune written, visual, and video assets that speak to the intended audience.
• Work with the founder and other teams to turn product developments into clear and engaging brand stories.
• Help recruit, guide, and coordinate a small creative team as the brand grows.
• Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and quality across every content format.
• Manage content schedules, monitor performance, and use insights to keep improving results.

What We’re Looking For

• A strong academic or professional foundation in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or another creative discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in content strategy and content production, ideally within food, consumer packaged goods, or sustainability-focused businesses.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, search engine optimization, and major social media platforms.
• A practical, hands-on approach with strong ability in creative problem-solving and multimedia work, including writing, photography, and video editing.
• Solid leadership, communication, and accountability skills.
