Role Summary

This full-time, on-site position in Zone 27, Doha, Qatar is focused on maintaining accurate inventory control across warehouses, storage areas, and production lines. The Inventory Controller will track and reconcile stock balances, conduct routine counts, investigate mismatches, and confirm movements of inbound and outbound goods. The role also supports coordination with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to keep replenishment timely and reduce shortages or excess inventory. In addition, the position involves preparing stock reports, assisting with audits, and identifying ways to improve inventory accuracy and control.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and keep stock records accurate across all relevant locations.
Carry out regular physical stock counts and compare findings against system records.
Identify and investigate differences between actual and recorded quantities.
Check incoming deliveries and outgoing issues to ensure proper documentation and tracking.
Update inventory systems promptly and maintain clean, reliable data.
Work closely with procurement, warehousing, and production teams to support replenishment needs.
Help prevent stock shortages and overstock situations by flagging risks early.
Prepare inventory summaries, reports, and related documentation.
Support internal and external audit activities as required.
Recommend practical process improvements to strengthen stock control and accuracy.

Requirements

Experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain functions, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
Good working knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and stock reconciliation.
Strong analytical ability to review data, spot variances, and support decisions.
Clear communication skills for effective coordination with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable using inventory systems and standard MS Office tools, especially Excel.
High attention to detail, dependability, and accuracy when working under deadlines.
High school diploma is required; a diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related area is an added advantage.
Must be able to work on-site in Zone 27 and follow company safety, quality, and operating standards.
