Every B2C brand is being weighed down by fragmented tools, missed conversations, and repetitive manual processes. The company is creating a single AI-powered system that brings every message, channel, and lead together, with the goal of becoming the core operating system for B2C businesses worldwide. This is an early-stage environment with rapid momentum, suited to people who want to help shape something significant from the start.
About the role
The team is hiring Growth Marketers to help Base360 connect with B2C brands that need its solution and convert that interest into signups, leads, and customers. The role is intentionally channel-flexible: you may specialize deeply in one area or work across several. Paid acquisition, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle, and funnel optimization are all in play, and the focus is on finding what performs and scaling it.
This is a practical, builder-style role. Rather than operating as a small part of a large machine, you will be trusted to test ideas quickly, learn continuously, and help construct the growth engine from the ground up.
What you will do
- Take full ownership of one growth channel, or work across multiple channels, including strategy, execution, and outcomes.
- Create lead-generation and signup motions across paid media, organic search, outbound, and referral initiatives.
- Move quickly on experimentation by testing messages, audiences, funnels, and offers, then dropping what underperforms and expanding what works.
- Use AI tools extensively for research, copy creation, audience targeting, automation, and productivity gains.
- Develop landing pages and funnels designed to convert, while staying closely focused on performance metrics at each stage.
- Partner with the founder on positioning, messaging, and prioritizing the next growth opportunities.
- Monitor and interpret data closely, and clearly explain what is driving results.
Who you are
You are first and foremost a fast learner who can pick up new capabilities quickly. You may already have depth in one growth channel or be comfortable as a generalist, but in either case you enjoy figuring things out and improving fast.
You are motivated to become exceptional at growth, even if you are not an expert yet. You are comfortable using modern AI-powered tools to work faster and smarter than a traditional marketer. You are also independent, resourceful, and able to turn a goal into a plan without needing constant direction. Analytical thinking matters to you, and you are confident working with data, attribution, and insights that lead to action.
Bonus experience
Experience with paid marketing, SEO, outbound, content, lifecycle marketing, or marketing to B2C brands and startups is considered an advantage.
