Role summary
As a Frontend Engineer, you will contribute to the company’s frontend guild and work with colleagues across product, UX, and engineering. The role involves solving technical problems at multiple levels, owning the features you build, and helping create a product that is scalable, easy to use, and impactful.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with frontend engineers across the organization as part of the broader frontend guild.
- Work through technical challenges spanning architecture, implementation, and product design, while choosing practical solutions that balance short-term delivery with long-term quality.
- Take end-to-end ownership of the features you build, from early thinking and wireframes through to production.
- Participate in architecture discussions that shape future decisions about code quality, standards, and best practices.
- Continue building your expertise through workshops, professional talks, and dedicated learning time supported by the company.
- Help create a strong SaaS product that is performant, scalable, user-friendly, and high impact.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience building web applications.
- Strong command of JavaScript and hands-on experience with React, which is required.
- Ability to work with large-scale cloud-based web applications.
- Experience designing component systems and architecture for design systems.
- Exposure to backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, C#, or similar is considered an advantage.
- A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset, quick learning ability, and self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfort working independently as well as within a highly skilled team.
