Mozverse Inc. is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support a founder/operator who works in a dynamic, non-routine environment. This is not a standard calendar-management role; the focus is on keeping momentum, tightening follow-through, and helping multiple priorities progress even when the schedule is fluid.
Role Summary
You will function as a trusted right hand and light operator, helping the executive stay organized, close open loops, solve day-to-day issues, and prevent important items from getting overlooked. The position suits someone who can move quickly, work independently, and create structure from ambiguity.
What You’ll Be Supporting
The executive may be deeply focused on building and unavailable for stretches of time, and at other times may need fast responses and immediate support while actively running the business. Comfort with this changing rhythm is essential.
