Role overview
Amazon Business and Corporate Development is seeking an Executive Assistant to support a fast-moving corporate development organization. This position partners with three Directors on the Corp Dev team, helping them execute acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions across Amazon. The role offers exposure to high-impact deal activity and visibility across multiple businesses within the company.
What you will do
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to three Directors located in Seattle, Boston, and San Francisco.
- Manage complex calendars, resolve conflicts, and improve scheduling efficiency.
- Handle expense submissions and reimbursements.
- Coordinate global travel, meeting setup, video conferencing, and conference call logistics for both internal and external meetings.
- Track, organize, and prioritize sensitive information and ensure timely follow-through on required actions.
- Support internal and external event planning and execution.
- Assist with office space coordination.
- Place catering and supply orders as needed.

Collaboration with other Executive Assistants is important, along with polished written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

Additional information

Compensation also includes base pay, with additional sign-on payments and restricted stock units, subject to eligibility and offer details. Base salary
The posted salary range for this role in Seattle, WA is USD 82,700 to 129,800 per year.
