E-Commerce Growth Expert

Role overview

We are hiring a full-time E-commerce Growth Expert in Agra to help accelerate online revenue across Amazon and other leading marketplaces. This position is suited to someone who can independently oversee marketplace performance, understands the factors that influence ranking and growth, and is comfortable managing both standard e-commerce and quick commerce operations.

Work schedule

The working hours for this role are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Compensation

The salary range offered is ₹20,000 to ₹30,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Improve sales and product visibility on Amazon by refining listings, managing advertising campaigns, running deals, and reviewing performance metrics.
• Oversee and expand marketplace presence across Flipkart, Jiomart, Meesho, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and similar platforms.
• Maintain accurate product catalogs, pricing, promotional updates, and inventory coordination.
• Track daily sales results, ROAS, keyword outcomes, and other marketplace KPIs.
• Work closely with operations, design, and customer support teams to ensure orders move smoothly.
• Design and execute growth plans for quick commerce channels.
• Spot new marketplace opportunities and contribute to revenue expansion.

Experience and job fit

Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing e-commerce marketplaces. Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace ranking logic is essential, along with practical exposure to quick commerce platforms. The role also calls for solid analytical ability, campaign optimization skills, and the capacity to deliver measurable business growth. Candidates must be based in Agra or be willing to relocate there.
