This role involves handling accurate recording of transactions, maintaining comprehensive records, and contributing to accounts-related operations for an emerging brand passionate about introducing authentic Italian culinary heritage to India.

Key Responsibilities

• Employ MS Excel to organize and scrutinize large volumes of data across departments.
• Support accounting functions including transaction recording and account reconciliation.
• Use accounting software proficiently for financial data entry and management.
• Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality when processing sensitive information.
• Execute efficient data entry practices to ensure integrity of information.
• Systematically manage both digital and physical documentation for simple access.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to refine data handling methods and systems.

Candidate Profile and Eligibility

This opportunity is suited for individuals based in Kolkata who are committed to a full-time, in-office internship lasting six months. Prospective interns should demonstrate strong analytical and data operation skills alongside a keen interest in accounting and the fashion-related food industry. Eligible candidates must be able to commence the internship between July 17, 2026, and August 21, 2026.

• Experience with Tally, ERP systems, or foundational accounting tools.
• Handling invoices, billing, and inventory data with accuracy.

Compensation and Perks

Stipend ranges from INR 12,000 to INR 13,000 per month. Additional benefits include a certificate of completion and a letter of recommendation upon successful internship completion.
