Data Entry - Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

The team is looking for a meticulous, dependable Pharmacy Technician to support a closed-door pharmacy serving the Mid-Wilshire area. This role centers on data entry and pharmacy operations, with an emphasis on accuracy, workflow support, and patient record management.

Key Duties

• Help pharmacists prepare and dispense medications using bubble-pack packaging systems.
• Keep patient information and medication profiles current and accurate to support quality care.
• Handle pharmacy inventory tasks such as ordering, receiving, and putting away medication stock.
• Follow all applicable regulations and pharmacy or hospital procedures related to day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician certification is preferred.
• Prior experience in a closed-door pharmacy is highly desirable.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy terminology is important.
• Experience with FrameworkLTC software is required.
• Experience using heat-seal bubble-pack equipment such as SynMed is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well with a healthcare team.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
