Mohawk Industries is seeking a cutter for the third shift in Dalton, Georgia. This position is part of a global flooring manufacturing organization focused on improving customer outcomes, streamlining processes, advancing sustainable production, and creating growth opportunities for employees.

Key Duties

• Operate four distinct cone-cutting machine types.
• Process more than 5,000 cones each shift, handling cones weighing between 2 and 20 pounds.
• Remain on your feet for at least 8 hours during the shift.
• Keep your work area organized and support housekeeping tasks across the cut group.
• Clean the inside of triple cutters and conveyors.
• Watch cone color during cutting to help preserve pad quality.
• Break down Gaylord boxes.
• Sort cardboard cones from plastic cones for recycling.
