Role Overview
This position is for a customer service and sales support representative based around Los Angeles, California, with fully remote work. The role centers on handling incoming calls and messages, responding to questions, arranging meetings, and explaining the company’s services.

- Respond to inbound phone calls and text messages.
- Answer customer questions clearly and promptly.
- Set up meetings when needed.

Requirements
