Role overview
This is a Canada-based remote role for a Creative Lead focused on performance and strategy. The position bridges creative direction, performance marketing, and production execution in a social-first environment. You will guide the creation of high-performing short-form ads for channels such as TikTok and Meta, making sure concepts are strategically strong and ready for production. The role combines hands-on creative evaluation with a systems-oriented approach to help define creative standards and keep output consistent at scale.
The opportunity is posted for a partner company that handles applications and all follow-up steps.
What you will do
- Set the creative bar for performance content and maintain quality from early concept through final delivery.
- Assess strategy docs, scripts, storyboards, raw footage, and final cuts, then provide specific and practical feedback.
- Create repeatable tools such as checklists, creative frameworks, and ad libraries to improve consistency and team efficiency.
- Convert strategic ideas into production-ready direction while also feeding production realities back into planning.
- Keep strategy and production teams aligned so creative briefs move smoothly through execution.
- Spot breakdowns in workflow and introduce process improvements that strengthen collaboration and speed.
- Track platform trends and turn creative intelligence into guidance the team can use.
- Contribute to client conversations that shape creative strategy and raise expectations around quality.
- Review internal output and ensure client-facing work reflects a high creative standard.
Requirements

- Strong knowledge of TikTok and Meta, including formats, hooks, pacing, and factors that affect performance.
- Sound creative judgment with the ability to identify strong ads and explain why they succeed.
- Experience creating systems, frameworks, or SOPs that improve consistency and operational flow.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority.
- Comfort working in environments that are fast paced, iterative, and still building processes.
- Confidence presenting creative reasoning to clients and other stakeholders in a clear, structured manner.
- Strong English fluency with solid storytelling and articulation skills.
