Role Overview

The hotel is hiring a Cook II for Waterfall to support the kitchen team in preparing Italian and Mediterranean menu items while maintaining quality, hygiene, and efficient service flow.

Key Duties

• Prepare and cook Italian and Mediterranean dishes such as pasta, seafood, salads, and grilled items, ensuring they match the required recipes and plating standards.
• Handle daily mise en place and get the kitchen ready for lunch and dinner operations.
• Keep the work area clean, sanitary, and compliant with food safety practices.
• Coordinate with the Chef de Partie and other team members to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
• Control portions carefully and help reduce unnecessary food wastage.
• Support the proper receiving, handling, and storage of ingredients.

Experience Required

The position asks for 1 to 2 years of kitchen experience, ideally gained in Italian, Mediterranean, or Western cuisine.
