We are seeking individuals with experience in one or more of the following areas:

  • E-commerce & Fashion: Experience with online retail platforms (e.g., Shopify, Gorgias) and fashion brands. Requires strong written communication and top-tier customer support skills.
  • Installation Services (Voice Support): Ability to manage high call volumes and possess strong voice support experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
  • Tech & App Support: Proficiency in troubleshooting software, mobile applications, or hardware, guiding customers through technical issues with clarity and patience.
  • Fintech: Experience supporting digital financial platforms for secure, fast, cross-border payments. Must be comfortable assisting customers with transactions and digital financial services.
  • Telecommunications / Mobile Network: Prior experience within a mobile network or telecommunications company.

Essential Duties

  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
