Role Overview

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding the company’s client base, identifying new sales opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships. The role requires a strong client-facing approach, commercial awareness, and the ability to match customer needs with suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and develop fresh business leads by communicating clearly with prospective clients and understanding their requirements.
• Recommend customized solutions that align with client goals and project expectations.
• Study market conditions, industry movements, and competitor activity to support business planning.
• Spot potential customers, nurture relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Candidate Profile

• Applicants should have 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Field Sales, Tele/Inside Sales, Branch Sales or In-Office Sales, Sales Support/Presales, or Key Account Management.
• A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is expected.
• Experience with lead generation and successful deal closures in an advertising agency environment will be considered an advantage.
• The role calls for strong analytical ability and the capacity to use data for informed decisions.

Eligibility

Candidates with qualifications such as B.Com, B.J.M.C., B.Sc, or B.B.A./B.M.S. in any specialization may apply.

Compensation

The role offers an annual salary range of INR 3,00,000 to 3,50,000.
