Role Overview

We are seeking a careful and technically capable Bending Machine Operator to support manufacturing operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves running and maintaining industrial bending equipment to produce accurate metal parts in line with required specifications. Success in this position calls for hands-on machine expertise, strong precision, and a consistent focus on safety and quality in a busy production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Use CNC and manual bending equipment to shape metal sheets and components as per engineering drawings and technical requirements.
• Review blueprints, work instructions, and quality criteria to ensure each item is produced correctly.
• Track machine output and fine-tune settings to achieve the required angles, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Carry out basic upkeep such as cleaning, lubrication, and inspection to keep machines operating effectively.
• Inspect completed parts for quality, record measurements, and log test findings.
• Detect equipment issues and escalate faults to the maintenance team when needed.
• Plan daily workflow so production targets and delivery timelines are met.
• Keep the work area neat, orderly, and compliant with UAE safety rules and internal procedures.
• Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to improve output and address operational issues.
• Maintain accurate logs for production volume, machine stoppages, and material consumption.

Qualifications and Experience

The role requires 2 to 3 years of experience working with bending machines or comparable industrial equipment, ideally in a manufacturing or metalworking environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or an equivalent qualification. Experience in meeting quality expectations and production deadlines is important. Preferred but not mandatory certifications include OSHA, machine operation, CNC machine operation, and knowledge of welding or metal fabrication. The candidate should also be familiar with manufacturing practices and industrial safety standards.
