About the role
This position oversees client data governance and operational delivery across SEAA markets. It sits at the crossroads of business operations, privacy, technology, and data governance, combining practical data handling work with regional coordination, issue escalation, and continuity support. The role also tracks database health and data quality to strengthen client activation efforts across the region.
Data quality and operations
- Manage duplicate client account resolution through match-and-merge activities and review possible matches.
- Carry out client data updates and data subject deletion requests with complete traceability.
- Process OneTrust tickets and other end-to-end data administration requests.
- Track data quality indicators such as duplicate reduction and overall accuracy, then help improve them.
Governance and compliance
- Apply global, Asia, and local data governance policies, standards, and procedures consistently.
- Serve as the escalation contact for data quality incidents, match exceptions, and privacy-related risks.
- Keep governance records, audit evidence, and compliance reports up to date.
- Remain current on changing privacy obligations across SEAA markets.
Regional coordination and stakeholder management
- Coordinate global and regional activities such as user acceptance testing, issue follow-up, and hypercare support.
- Act as the bridge between business teams, market teams, and technical stakeholders.
- Support and engage the regional and local data steward network.
- Represent SEAA in APAC data governance discussions, forums, and working groups.
Change and release management
- Handle change requests, including clarifying requirements, documenting needs, and prioritising work.
- Ensure implementation remains aligned with global standards and avoids inconsistent local variations.
- Support release activities, including readiness checks and post-release monitoring.
Reporting and continuous improvement
- Create dashboards to monitor workload and operational performance.
- Define and track data quality KPIs and other operational metrics.
- Lead improvement efforts to simplify data processes, strengthen tools, and increase efficiency.
Pioneer project: BAU stabilization for Fragrance & Beauty Products
- Own the regional FBP backlog from the October release through the end of 2026 and support the transition into a BAU operating model.
- Manage OneTrust-related data management tickets and change requests.
- Track dashboard output and support reporting needs.
- Coordinate global releases with markets, including UAT testing and hypercare after delivery.
- Monitor database health and channel validity.
- Encourage markets and divisions to prioritise registration and opt-in at POS level.
- Use reporting to improve reach for one-to-many campaigns.
- Support regional implementation projects with divisions, such as reseller flag visibility.

Experience
- Background in data management, CRM, or digital/data projects.
- Prior exposure to regional or multi-market settings is preferred.
- Working knowledge of data governance practices and related tools.
Technical skills
- Strong grasp of data structures, data quality concepts, and governance frameworks.
- Experience with dashboards and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with ticketing platforms and data management systems such as OneTrust or similar tools.
