Role overview

This position is responsible for shaping, rolling out, and continuously refining the organization’s strategic plan. The role works closely with executive and middle management teams to translate strategy into action, define strategic objectives, and set measurable targets and KPIs. It also involves reviewing business performance, operational issues, and shifts in the external environment to keep the strategy roadmap current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organization-wide transformation efforts that support long-term strategic goals.
• Track the progress of strategy execution and surface key risks, blockers, and growth opportunities.
• Evaluate the company’s business model and recommend adjustments that strengthen strategic transformation.
• Facilitate strategy workshops to help build the strategic plan and align teams across the organization.
• Assess internal capabilities, market potential, and competitor positioning to define the desired strategic direction and supporting enablers.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related equivalent field is required.
• At least 15 years of professional experience with leading companies.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior strategy-focused role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategy.
