Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to join a fast-growing technology company in Singapore. The organization operates with a flat structure, moves quickly, and works on solving challenges across a broad range of industries.

What You’ll Do

• Drive projects forward by bringing together the right stakeholders and keeping execution on track.
• Work on problem-solving and improvement initiatives across technology-related areas.
• Communicate technical topics clearly to both business and non-business stakeholders.
• Contribute to projects that may involve DX, data, and AI themes.
• Support customer-facing discussions and upstream work where needed.
• Take ownership of business outcomes and help move ideas through to measurable improvements.

Required Experience and Skills

• Professional-level English and Japanese communication skills.
• Ability to work in Singapore or travel for long-term assignments.
• Hands-on experience in IT-related work such as development, infrastructure, or consulting.
• Experience identifying issues, proposing improvements, and driving them to completion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience leading or managing projects is strongly valued.

Preferred Background

• Project experience in DX, data, or AI initiatives.
• Experience in customer negotiations or upstream project phases.
• Exposure to business responsibility, including PL ownership.
