About the internship
This role is a hands-on growth marketing internship where you will work closely with the founder on strategic projects, experiments, and campaign execution in a fast-moving 0-to-1 environment.
What you will do
- Partner directly with the founder on growth-focused initiatives, campaign planning, and experimentation.
- Help launch new acquisition channels and marketing initiatives with a high degree of ownership and speed.
- Plan, run, and improve multichannel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, email, and WhatsApp to support conversions and reactivation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to shape product and content messaging into landing pages, emailers, and drip campaigns.
- Track campaign results using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards, and report on ROAS, CPL, and other key metrics.
- Design and execute both automated and manual lead-nurturing workflows through WhatsApp and email.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging creatives, videos, and copy that improve performance.
- Develop fresh ideas and strategies to move leads through the funnel more effectively and improve conversion at each stage.
- Own initiatives that connect growth, product, marketing, and partnerships while ensuring strong alignment and execution.
- Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages to improve outcomes.
- Act as a link between marketing, sales, product, and design teams to keep efforts aligned.
Eligibility
Applicants must be available for a full-time, in-office internship, be able to start between 23 June 2026 and 28 July 2026, commit to a 3-month duration, and have relevant skills and interest in the role.
Stipend
The internship offers a stipend of INR 15,000 to 20,000 per month.
