  • Conduct site walk-downs to gather the information needed to build detailed job plans.
  • Produce job plans that include labor estimates, work steps, tools, equipment, safety hazards, PPE, LOTO, special clearances, material needs, coordination requirements, outage needs, and reference documents.
  • Coordinate staging of parts and materials with Craft Leads, Craft Superintendents, or Material Controllers.
  • Review completed work against the original plan and capture improvement ideas from craft personnel.
  • Maintain the Job Plan Library.
  • Search the AEDC Job Plan Library for existing plans and reuse them where appropriate.
  • Upload improved job packages back into the library after completed work.
  • Develop new job packages for inclusion in the library when requested.
