VP / Head, R&D - Material Science

Role overview

This position is for a senior R&D leader who will head the material science development function at the Dahej location. The role focuses on creating compounds and products in the material science domain and taking them from laboratory development to commercial-scale production.

What the role involves

You will guide research and development efforts aimed at improving cathode chemistry capabilities. A strong understanding of structure–property relationships is essential for translating scientific insights into practical product and process improvements.

Experience and profile

The ideal candidate brings at least 15 years of R&D experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position. Relevant background in material science, specialty chemicals, or advanced inorganic materials is preferred.

Required background

A B.Tech / B.E. in Materials Science and Engineering or Chemical is required for eligibility.
