Visual Designer

Role overview

This is a contract Visual Designer role based remotely for candidates in the United Kingdom. The position focuses on reworking existing documents into polished, presentation-ready visuals while preserving the original meaning and content.

The assignment calls for a commitment of 10 to 40 hours per week, with compensation set between $20 and $40 per hour.

Key responsibilities

• Revise supplied documents so they look distinct, refined, and compliant with the brief.
• Rebuild pitch decks and presentations to give them a modern, professional appearance without changing the core message.
• Use PowerPoint and other design tools to improve the visual quality of slides and document layouts.
• Apply advanced graphic design methods to adjust formatting, refresh colour palettes, and incorporate branding standards where required.
• Work with the client’s team to clarify expectations and deliver finished work on schedule.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of visual quality across all outputs so they meet corporate-level expectations.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience redesigning pitch decks, presentations, or business documents for large organisations.
• Excellent eye for layout, visual consistency, and attention to detail across multiple files.
• Ability to make meaningful design improvements while keeping the underlying content unchanged.
• Experience handling several projects and deadlines in a fast-moving remote setting.
