Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Perth Area. The Visa Processor Immigration position focuses on preparing, checking, and submitting visa applications in accordance with current immigration rules and the company’s internal quality expectations. The role also involves assessing client paperwork, gathering and arranging supporting evidence, keeping records updated in company systems, and working closely with clients and consultants throughout the application journey.
Key Duties
- Prepare, review, and lodge visa applications in line with applicable immigration requirements and internal standards.
- Examine client documents, identify missing information, and organise supporting records carefully.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and data in company systems.
- Communicate with clients to clarify documentation needs, share progress updates, and respond to application-related queries.
- Coordinate with internal consultants and team members to ensure smooth case handling.
- Track regulatory updates and apply relevant changes to day-to-day processing work.
- Contribute to workflow and process improvements that strengthen compliance and service quality.
Requirements
- Previous experience in immigration processing or legal/administrative support is required.
- Strong administrative capability, including precise data entry, document control, and file organisation.
- Clear and professional client communication skills, with the ability to explain immigration requirements in simple terms.
- Good knowledge of visa processing procedures and immigration regulations.
- Careful attention to detail, with the ability to assess and verify supporting documents accurately.
- Comfortable using standard office software and basic CRM or case management tools.
- Ability to work well with consultants and colleagues in a busy, client-focused setting.
- A post-secondary qualification in law, immigration, business, or a related area is helpful, though not essential.
