Role Overview

Miles Voyages and Holidays Private Limited is looking for a Visa Expert to manage visa filing activities and support clients through the end-to-end visa application process.

Work Location and Schedule

• Office location: Bandra West, Mumbai.
• Working hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Working days: Monday through Saturday.
• Candidates who can join right away are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves handling visa documentation, preparing and submitting applications, and coordinating with clients to keep the process moving smoothly.

Required Experience and Expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in visa filing or the immigration industry.
• Strong understanding of student visa and tourist visa procedures across multiple countries.
• Hands-on experience with document preparation, form completion, and visa file submission.
• Good knowledge of express visa processes.

Client Handling and Communication

• Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and relevant contacts.
• Handle customer interactions professionally and clearly.
• Use strong communication skills to support a smooth and accurate visa processing experience.

Working Style

• Must be highly detail-focused and committed to producing error-free work.
• Should be able to manage tasks independently while keeping client coordination on track.
