Role overview
The Vice President of Operations is a part-time, remote leadership role focused on strengthening operational performance and helping the business scale efficiently. This person will shape and improve processes that connect clinics and candidates, support consistent service quality, and contribute to partner satisfaction. The role involves reviewing operational results, refining workflows, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring resources are aligned with business priorities. In partnership with leadership, this position helps guide strategy, oversee budget-related work, and launch improvements that enhance the experience for both clinics and candidates. Key responsibilities

- Prior senior-level experience in operations or leadership, preferably in healthcare, professional services, or a multi-location environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, including the ability to use data to shape strategy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working in a remote, cross-functional setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline; an MBA or similar advanced degree is an advantage.
