About the Role
You’ll join a growing Product and Design function at a company that provides technology for the conveyancing sector, supporting law firms as they help people buy and sell homes. The aim is to shape a more seamless, engaging and easy-to-use consumer experience by connecting several platforms into a leading UK legal services companion app.
What You’ll Do
- Shape clear, accessible experiences for both web and mobile products.
- Build user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes and refined interface designs.
- Translate complicated business and product needs into straightforward customer journeys.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams from early discovery through final delivery.
- Spot areas where the customer experience can be improved and help prioritise them.
- Create joined-up journeys across the main touchpoints a customer uses.
What They’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience designing digital products with a strong focus on user needs.
- A track record of shaping and improving complete customer journeys from start to finish.
- Experience collaborating within agile product and technology teams.
- A portfolio that shows UX thinking, problem-solving and measurable customer impact.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, interaction design and information architecture.
- Confidence using user flows, wireframes, prototypes and journey maps.
